The IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery is a one-of-a-kind addiction treatment facility specializing in PTSD for IAFF members – and IAFF members only – who are struggling with addiction, PTSD other related behavioral health challenges to receive the help they need in taking the first steps toward recovery. It is a safe haven for members to talk with other members who have faced or overcome similar challenges.
57 members strong and proudly serving the residents and visitors of Union Township out of 6 stations.
Our members are dual trained Firefighter/Paramedics who respond to an average call volume of 8000 – 9000 Fire/EMS incidents per year. All of our members are trained and certified in many Specialized fields: Ohio State Certified Fire Safety Inspector, HAZMAT Technician Level. Along with several members who currently hold certifications in Ohio State Certified Fire and EMS Instructor, Ohio State Certified Arson Investigator, BLS Instructor, ACLS Instructor, PALS Instructor, Water and Ice Rescue, and USAR, just to name a few…..

Union Township Professional Firefighters IAFF Local 3412 - Firefighter Benefit Fund is proud to award our annual scholarships to two outstanding West Clermont High School graduates: Addyson Steinker and Allie Shafer! 👏
Addyson, graduating with an impressive GPA of 3.9055, will be attending Marshall University to pursue a career in prenatal care, aiming to work in a hospital or clinic setting.
Allie, who earned a strong GPA of 3.7, is headed to UC Blue Ash to study nursing, with the goal of becoming a Registered Nurse and eventually a Nurse Practitioner.
These scholarships are made possible through generous donations and sponsorships, primarily raised during our annual golf outing. We’re incredibly thankful for the support of our community, which allows us to invest in the future of local students like Addyson and Allie.
